The Knoz Machine: "Hands-Up" if you love Zonks!

The Knoz Machine is a meticulously crafted tribute to the legendary Zonk Machine, the pedal that is now synonymous with Doyle Bramhall II's iconic Rich Man era.

I was lucky enough to spend a lot of time with the original unit from Electro-Vox Studios that was used on the Rich Man album and dissect every aspect of it and as a result, I am pleased to be able to offer my own sonic interpretation of that exact unit. Tuned to capture all the sonics of the original, the Knoz Machine delivers a raw, aggressive tone that demands to be heard.

Note: Each individual Knoz Machine takes significant effort to sort through transistors and tune to spec. As such, it cannot be offered in typical batch format. These will be made one-at-a-time and listed for sale as they become available.

Each pedal, while tuned sonically to the original, may sport a variety of different transistor combinations inside.

A word about transistors – the heart of this circuit. Each transistor type imparts its unique character to the sound and feel of the fuzz. Each pedal is meticulously made-to-order and backed by a 1-year, non-transferrable warranty against operational defects. Please allow up to 10 business days for the build process. You'll receive a tracking number once your bespoke pedal is on its way.
